Exogenous neural stem cells (NSCs) have great potential to reconstitute damage spinal neural circuitry. However, regulating the metabolic reprogramming of NSCs for reliable nerve regeneration has been challenging. .
Camptothecin (CPT), a chemotherapeutic agent, demonstrates significant potential in cancer therapy. However, as a drug, CPT molecule suffers from poor water solubility, limited bioavailability, and insufficient immune response. Herein, we construct CPT nanofibers (CNF) with a right-handed chiral property via supramolecular self-assembly, which significantly overcomes the solubility barriers associated with bioavailability and improves tumor immune prognosis.
Co-assembly is a key phenomenon in life, playing a significant role in various biological processes. In particular, supramolecular composite hydrogels (SMCHs) form through the incorporation of diverse functionalities via a co-assembly approach.
Chirality evolution is ubiquitous and important in nature, but achieving it in artificial systems is still challenging. Herein, the chirality evolution of supramolecular helices based on L-phenylalanine derivative (LPF) and naphthylamide derivate (NDIAPY) is achieved by the strategy of electron transfer (ET) assisted secondary nucleation.
The synergetic evolution of multiple chiral structures stemmed from same building units is ubiquitous in nature and vital to living systems, but achieving it in artificial systems remains a challenge. Herein, we report a methanol-water mediated dual assembly pathway strategy for simultaneous construction of P and M helices in one-component chiral system.
